At Safety Devices we produce a vast range of roll-cages and accessories for most popular 4 x 4 makes and models, some of which are certified (FIA homologated) for National and International events. As with our motor sport roll cages, our cages are CAD designed and jig-built using advanced techniques such as computerised bending and plasma cutting. All welding is carried out to the exacting standards of the Cambridge based TWI (The Welding Institute). Apart from ensuring the functionality of the cage, we make strenuous effort to produce a cage that is also aesthetically pleasing rather than a collection of tubes (scaffolding effect).  To blend the cage with the body, especially external 4x4 cages, often requires special forming tools to be made. These are produced by our in-house tool room facility.
